O Muslims of Bangladesh, Beware, plz Don't do any Sins in 31st night, 1January and 14April(Bangla newyear)
All praise to Allah, May peace and blessings upon Rasululah (Saww:). Today i want to talk about some thing. In Our Bangladesh, we Muslims have 3 different years and calendars. English (gregorian), Bengali(Bangabda) and Islamic/Hijri etc years. Allah (swt) says in Holy Quran That, Say, "Obey Allah and the Messenger." But if they turn away - then indeed, Allah does not like the disbelievers."(Sura Al imrah ayah 32). In Our country we see two NewYears Are celebrated. English and bengali Newyear. But in these many peoples are doing Sins and Bad Habits. In English new Years, Bangladesh and other countries There are Many Sins are commited. In English new year, 31sT night is celebrated. In this night (31 December) there are many sins Like, Music, DJ, Dancing, FireWorks in 1st January 12:00AM, Drinking alcohol, Zina/Adultery, Gambling etc are Committed (AstaghFirullah). It is came from Ancient Roman Pagan culture. Many Muslims are says That English new year is Haram, Because It is new year from Christianity. Yes, This is right, Beacause Christians Think That This new year is celebrate by them. So, It is not right To celebrating English newYear.
Also, Bengali new year (14April, 01 Baisakh) is celebrated in Bangladesh As a National Holiday. In here we sew many sins like, music, Dancing, Rejecting Shariah and Islamic rules, So called Mangal Sovajatra(Procession of Bangla NewYear), FreeMixing etc are Commited. But it is 100℅ true that, This Bengali NewYear, Most Of The Spiritual activities are made by Hindus, Buddhists And Tribals. So We should Be stay away from these Sins in NewYears.These So called newYears sometimes Destroying Our Imaan. We make repent (Tawbah) and Istighfar To Our Almighty Allah (swt).
